Each serve of Stiir Pure Performance Coffee delivers 180mg (+/- 10mg) caffeine to support both mental and physical performance, as well as 160mg (+/-10mg) polyphenols, which are linked to reducing inflammation, delaying the onset of muscle soreness and accelerated recovery from exercise.

2. Support Wellbeing

Polyphenols are potent antioxidants that combat harmful free radicals, helping reduce inflammation and promote heart health by improving blood vessel function. They also contribute to brain health and have potential in cancer prevention. With 160mg of polyphenols per serve, Stiir isn't only a performance coffee, but an all-natural contribution to overall health and wellbeing.
